This is what I have read on the forums. The GNex will stop charging at 100% and let the phone start discharging until it reaches 97-98%, at which point it will recharge again to 100% and repeat. This is why you will see so many "My Galaxy only charges to 98%" comments. I understand that this is actually a good thing for the long term life of the battery.
