Sad How do I remove a playlist from Play Music?

So I've started digging the Play Music app on my Nexus and downloaded a few free songs by new artists from Google Play. In preparation for downloading more songs and organizing them, I'm trying to teach myself how to add and delete playlists. Adding playlists doesn't seem to be a problem, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to DELETE a playlist.

I went to Google Play Help and found a brief note about how to do it. Here it is:
  1. Hover your mouse over the playlist title in the 'My Library' sidebar
  2. Click the triangular menu button that appears to the right of the playlist
  3. Select 'Delete playlist'
Er, I'm not seeing a My Library sidebar on the app and, because this is my Nexus, I certainly don't have a mouse. In the Play Music app there is a Playlists column with the names of all my playlists and the arrow button in the bottom right of each playlist row. But when I touch it, I get two options, "Play" and "Add to Queue".

Help!

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. But how do I get to a list of all playlists that will give me the option to delete one or more. Thanks.

You can either do it via the music.google.com website which is what those directions refer to....

Or via phone go to the playlist tab in google music, then click on the little triangle at the bottom right of a playlist and choose delete from the pop up menu.

Default Thanks

Tim, thanks so much for your reply. I see there are some playlists that are default lists and can't be deleted. You'd think I could have figured that out or deduced it from the beginning.
