I have been having an issue. I just got a replacement from Verizon. My old Nex was randomly rebooting all the time and then would randomly drop service, sometimes just 4G then cell service too. After installing the new update though, it would enter 4G but would only show upload, no download.

So they sent out a new one. I set it all up today and the signal problem is still there. I am thinking its Sim card now. (Never had these problems when I first had the phone). If I start pulling heavy data, sometiems the download arrow will go away then it will take data away and sometiems cell service.

In short though.....Anyone had to replace a Sim card yet?
