Default Which Galaxy Nexus do I have?

I see there's multiple Galaxy Nexus forums here. How to I determine which Nexus I have? "About phone" just says Nexus and when I enter the model number on Samsung's site (sch 1515) it also just says Nexus.

First off you are posting in the Nexus One forums

We have separate Galaxy Nexus forums because it is a popular device on many carriers...

We only have separate forums for the Root guides though because it takes different guides to unlock each Galaxy Nexus because the radio frequencies for the devices are different for some carriers...

Like Verizon's and Sprint's network is CDMA/LTE while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM/HSPA+ networks.

Meaning two versions of the Galaxy Nexus need to be made. This thread is also being moved into the Galaxy Nexus forums.

Since you are on Verizon, you have the Samsung Galaxy Nexus i515 (also known as Toro) which only works on Verizon's CDMA network.
There is a similar but slightly different CDMA version for Sprint (called Toro plus).
There are a number of carrier controlled varieties on GSM networks with various codenames like yakjuxw, etc).
There is a direct from Google GSM version that is either takju (US) or yakju (intl).

All of the Galaxy Nexus phones fit under the main Galaxy Nexus forum as they are very similar. There are different subforums though for people who root their phones as the different version run different ROMs.

Yep, the SCH-i515 is the Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

Ok, thanks. If I want to look into rooting my phone I'll start reading the other Nexus forums.
