Lightbulb [Solved] Browser sync issue

I have been having problems syncing the stock browser for the past couple of days.

Maybe due to doing a factory data reset through settings and then trying a rom, and then attempting to flash an aosp build... but failing miserably... where the second flash attempt borked my phone into a bootloop and seemingly wiped my entire filesystem. So I restored factory image, re-rooted, and restore my nandroid via cwm... ok, but I digress...

for some reason "browser" wouldn't sync... however, I found this page: the.hackerConundrum: Sync is currently experiencing problems and those instructions worked perfectly for me. Now everything is syncing normally.

I'm just posting this here in case anyone else has this problem and happens to come across this.

Short review of steps:
1. In Google Chrome, on your computer, personal settings page select: "disconnect your Google Account".
2. Visit the Google Dashboard and "Stop sync and delete data from Google". You should still have all that data stored locally on your laptop chrom browser.
3. Go back to the personal settings page in Google Chrome on your computer and sign in with your Google Account to resync with the google servers.
4. Go back to your Google account in your phone settings, and turn sync off for chrome and browser and then re-enable their syncing.
