Default Pen 2nd Norton functionality options?

At the moment the second button on the pen acts as a snapshot taker but I could of swore that I was able to originally assign a different functionality but I can't find it in the settings option for the pen?
I'm really hoping that I will be able to assign the right mouse button functionality to it.

There is no assign option anywhere.

As far as I'm aware you can't assign that command as everything is built in. Pressing the pen against the screen for a couple of seconds usually brings up an option box. Especially if it's on a photo or a link.
