Connection and charging

I can connect to my internet using the browser but when I try to connect to it using an app it said unable to conevt... also I charged it all night and it said that it only has 10% when powered on it said 75% usually it has a full charge after charging all night.

And it keeps turning itself off

I have done a factory reset no fix there

Are you trying multiple apps or just one? Could be the app. Not sure regarding the battery? Loose connection maybe

Same problem with all apps this includes the play store
