galaxy note or tab - Tab $100 off At Costco Black Friday

DH wants a tablet.

I have a transformer Prime - and love it but I keep hearing friends who love the Galaxy Tab and say it's worth a go.

What's the buzz on the note vs the tab? Are they blowing out Tab inventory? Will it ever see Jelly Bean?
