Question Begginer needs some advice pls

Hi everyone,

I just got my note 10.1 a few days ago, all worked fine until this afternoon when play store stopped working it just says no connection I click retry gives error. Also if I go to software update click confirm again does not work gives me error message. Everything else works fine so not sure what really happened. Don't know if these two are related and not sure what to do to solve this.

Try restarting then if that doesn't fix it, check to make sure your date and time are correct. Incorrect date and time mess up play store for some reason. If that doesn't work check your wifi connection
