Default Cloudagent and storage

I have tried to move Cloudagent from the internal storage (which the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 refers to as "SDCard") to the external card (which is called SDExternal.) I get it moved all right, but slowly, slowly it begins to repopulate on internal storage.

Is there a way to make Cloudagent default to the directory on the external storage card? Or any other way that will keep Cloudagent from using up all my memory?
