Default Missing cursor

Hi when I had the german version of jb installed I had a cursor a small circle on screen where the pen pointed. Now with the uk version loaded it gone and there seems to be no way of getting it back does anyone know how to get it back.
I understand its the air view pointer thats missing although air is switched on.

I don't know about Jelly Bean as I am in the US and haven't updated yet, but the hovering icon is located in settings then scroll down to Pen and on the right side there is an option that says "Hovering pen icon" check that box and it should work. Again that is with ICS not Jelly Bean but it should be the same I would think.

Well that was a well-hidden option! To me the Airview option is simply an on/off switch. But no - long press and there are four more options underneath!

Anyway now having found how to switch it on I realise why I was happy that it disappeared - just switched it off again!!

But some may love it!
