Default Feeling kind of dumb....Kies?
I get the gist of Kies - some kind of device manager, I assume? At any rate, I was reading that I might be able to get the JB update using Kies, but I'm not sure how to find it on my device. Is it supposed to be in my apps drawer? Do I have to download something from Samsung? I should know these things...

Edit: Never mind. Found this helpful YouTube vid to clue me in!
