Default External battery

Anyone found a good external battery pack?

I'm thinking about getting this one:

ANKER makes quality battery packs, I use a 5600mAh one for my phone and I recommend it

The only issue with the external battery packs is that they won't let you charge with the tablet plugged in. The pins in the tablet's connector are not the same as the iPad's and so while the iPad can charge and run at the same time the Samsung cannot. I also tested various USB chargers (2.1A). If the USB charger is not designed for Samsung tablets it will not charge while the tablet is turned on. The chargers and battery packs work great while the tablet is off. I have not tried the Samsung battery pack to see if it works.

There are special adapters available that make charging possible while tablet is on. I have been using htem for almost 2 years now since I got Tab 10.1 and then Note 10.1

I've got a pebble charger, similar to that one but with a bigger capacity. I would recommend it

It has less than 1/2 the capacity of the one posted earlier.
