Cool. As long as they're back in stock of the other accessories I wanted, before expiration, I'll be happy.

Was so tempted to order the note 1 car dock and see if it could be modified to work with the note 2, but decided to hold off.

I said Note 2 because I tend to post more in the Note 2 forums and this is the email I rec'd after I registered mine. Click the link and register your S3; see if it works.

It works for the SGS III as well, registered mine a month ago & received the same offer

However, I believe the expiration date is going to vary,depending on either the date of purchase,or,the date in which you actually register your phone. Mine expires on 11/20/2012.

Can anyone tell me if this is a US only offer before I go through the whole process of registering only to find I don't get the offer, I don't want to be disappointed. I will still register it of course, but on the UK site.

As you stated, you're going to register your phone anyway. What better way to find out whether the offer is valid in the UK, or other locations.
Besides the discount offer,having your phone registered will make warranty servicing less of a headache, should you ever need to go through the process.

I can't even register mine! I put in my email and do the forgot password thing and it says my email doesn't exist, so then I go to create a new account and it says my email is already taken, WTF.

I know I created an account under my email as I have the emails from Samsung to prove it, I registered my Note 10.1 for crying out loud.

Liam I believe it is. I remember someone saying it didn't work for them and they weren't in the U.S.
Maybe TS or DrEx can get U.S. added to the title of the thread so as not to cause others undo confusion.

So does anyone know what happens to back ordered items? Do you still get the 50% off?

It states you can order up to 10 items, but does that have to be in one order or could you literally make 10 separate orders for 1 item and the coupon would work?

My fear would be that the back ordered items come back in stock, then the coupon won't work. Why don't they complete the order and charge you with the 50% off everything that you want, then ship it when it comes in versus re-ordering and have to hope the code works again?

Thoughts from anyone who had back ordered items become available again?

I got the wifi share hub its awesome I can download a movie and playing on my tv in minutes I didnt know this but you could even download movies that are rar files and extract them there is no need for a computer lol this awesome

Have any of you actually just tried using the code that was posted in the accessories thread (by way of XDA)? I was able to use that, even prior to registering my Sprint Note 2. I tried registering the International too, but then remembered this thread, so just left it off.

What I'm not understanding is why registering is not giving some people their email with their 50% code.
There's another thread someone started that I asked to be merged in which they've posted they got the email but for some it didn't come right away.
One person said he had to registry his phone twice before he got his email.

Mine came instantly when I registered my phone, so I agree. Very strange. Also, it's part of the "Black Friday" Special indicated on Samsung's website, so not sure why people would be having issues.

Problem is, everything I want is backordered right now (only a couple more things that I want and I'm seriously considering getting another battery charging kit w/ extra battery).

I already bought 7 of the 10 I can purchase with that original code that was posted via XDA. Only ones I'm waiting on are the Smart dock (still back ordered every time I check) and the Bluetooth S-Pen.

Aside from that, there's really not much more that would be worth the price (although I am considering more of the adaptors, even though they could likely be purchased for much cheaper on ebay).

All cell accessories sold directly through Samsung, as far as I understand it. In fact, there's an accessory that doesn't come up with the Note 2 (Micro USB splitter) that I purchased as one of the accessories.

If it worked for all Samsung products, I'd already have the biggest TV they sold, as well as the ATIV 700t Windows 8 PC Tablet, and a ton of other things...LOL.

If not for that 50% off coupon, I wouldn't have had a fully charged battery ready to go when I picked up my phone. The battery charger kit basically became Buy 1 get one free because of the coupon! So worth it. Also got the S-Pen with eraser...works perfectly with the Note 2.

Just got 2 s-pens the dock, and the car mount (backordered meh) AND the battery external even though I have one lol. The prices were just too good.
