Default Help with intent action, URI, component package for Manual Intent Shortcuts action?

Can anyone help me with this information for switching input language (via the settings menu) on the GN2? I just got it and I'm afraid I'm not ready to root yet... Thanks in advance for any help!

If I understand you want to switch the language the phone is displayed in?

Open your apps --> settings --> Language and input --> Language

Currently I see it has Deutsch, English, Espanol, Francais, Italiano and something else I don't understand

What I'm hoping to find are the intent action, URI, and component package for that action so that I can program a Manual Intent Shorcut. Anyone?
