Default Sprint SGN2 Leaving the screen on during charging???

Is there a way to set my phone so the screen stays on while plugged in without turning on the Developer settings?

That's the only way unless you install a separate app to do it.

you have to turn on the developer settings for the other question you were asking about automatically turning on wired tether, so I don't understand why that's a problem.
