Default iTools for android

Hi,

I was just recently a user of Iphone and now bought a Note 2. I like this phone, but i can't find an apps manager similar to iTools for iphone.

Is there a software to install on my laptop os win7 x64 that manage the android apps like showing its icons etc..ie same feature as in iTools.

thx

Samsung Kies is a nightmare.
AirDroid or Solid Explorer Beta 2 is leaps and bounds better than Kies.

Thx for the suggestions but it is not what i'm looking for. iTools or iFun can upload installed games from the hard disk of a pc and we have the possibility to see the icons pictures of the game and enabling the user if this game is ok to upload in the mobile or not.
