The best SD card will depend on how much storage capacity you need and how patient you are. Class 4 will fast enough for almost every thing the phone will dish on it. But transferring files would be longer to do than a faster card (ex. class 10). The phone can handle up to 64 GB of external storage, but that wouldn't be practical if you only need 20 GB.
In the end, the best card will depend on your requirements as well as how much you will be willing to pay to accomplish your requirements.
If you know you will only be using around 20 GB, why would you pay extra for a 64 GB?
