Default Uscellur upgrade allows multi-windows

I received a notice on my note 2 this morning telling me there was an upgrade to be installed. I took the plug and accepted it and let the upgrade run its course. Once the upgrade was done I was able to use multi-windows on my note 2, which was awesome. But there always seems to be a gimic. With the upgrade it also added new apps to my phone that cannot be uninstalled and that is the part that pisses me off.
