Why different sound settings

I mean I know why there's different volume sliders but why not a check box to turn all up or down at once so all of the phones volume is the same..

Is there a app for this..? I dont even know what to search for..lol

When Google link ringer and notification volumes in ICS it upset many people, I guess that's why they removed it. I'm glad they did, but they should have made it an option like the devs of custom ROMs.

Not sure if this will interest you, it's called Profile Scheduler. Very good at making and setting up different profiles for different times, calendar events, rules, etc. Like it so much I got the paid version to support the dev.
