The mic on my phone suddenly stopped working. With speaker mode turned on it worked perfectly, but once that was turned off nobody could hear me (probably thankfully haha). I called verizon, did the whole bs battery pull, factory reset thing and finally they sent a new one.

I googled around but didnt see much on note 2's but i did see similar mic problems on s3's.

Just wondering if anyone else here has suffered through the same mic issue on their note 2?

p.s. before i did the factory reset, i downloaded and used that new carbon backup app.....when the new note 2 arrived i used it....quite surprised that it actually worked!!!
