i am confused...
first paragraph says screen does not work.
second paragraph says screen does work and marginally affected by cracked screen (which frankly i would not be able to tolerate).
could we get some clarification?
either way, replacing the screen or the phone seems to be the only option.
good luck

Default My appologies

The screen is blank and not working and not turning on and has a minor scratch/cracked..

The second pragraph stated that even though the screen is slightly cracked/scratched i have seen worse screens that are dammaged ON OTHER SAMSUNGS THAT STILL WORK.

Is it possible that the phones screen connection wire is faulty.
How much will this cost

My apologies again and thank you for taking your time to reply back
