Default Sgn7100

I have an unlocked GT-N7100 with a 3 sim, is this phone 4G ready as 3 are saying it is but I'm sure I have seen in other forums that this model number is not. Any help would be much appreciated.

3 are adamant the phone is 4G capable still. I have even told them what has been said.

Hi Paul, I have just looked up on the Three website and they are not showing any Note 2's for sale which seems strange to me but the N7100 is defiantly NOT a 4G phone even if you did have a 4G ready phone it could take up to the end of 2015 to get it depending on where you live.
Have a look at the Three website it gives a list showing up to end 2014 who will be getting up till then. I live in Medway but whether I will pick it up from Southend-on-Sea is another matter. That will be with a Note 3 when I upgrade.

Thanks for the info. Last Friday I went into a 3 store. I asked the same in there as I've asked here and mentioned what has been said in all the forums. If was told by the staff in the shop it was 4G ready and they even had a 4G ready sign next to the phone on display and I checked the model number in settings and it was a N7100.
Do the think that the 3 4G network is going to be different or something.
I am going to go back in this week and take photo evidence of everything so I can make a proper complaint if I have been miss sold. I am in Leeds so next year sometime hopefully.
