Default Will a 4G LTE Note 3 procured from Hong Kong work in India

I am looking to buy an Note 3 - 4G LTE version from Hong Kong . My question is , will it work in India with all present Networks? Also, when 4G gets launched in India, would it work without any issues with all Networks ?
