Default Power saving

So what exactly does the "Power saving" toggle button actually do?

Yes I know you can do it with Android File Transfer. First remove Kies altogether.

It's one of those functions that, in addition to an on/off switch, if you tap on it, it will take you to a sub-section with individual options, as well as a link to "Learn about power saving", an explanation of what it does.
