Default Battery life using Google now?

Looking for feedback on how Google now effects battery life?

I use google now, and I do not see any noticeable battery degradation. Most of my active apps are google and my battery life is excellent.

No noticable difference. I just spent 10 days in Hawaii and saw the largest drain was 4G vs not being on wifi.

I read that it is the voice command and wake up command thru the s-voice that actually causes the drain not Google now..
