thanks man and just so you know it was only $50 down to preorder it they wont let you pay for it i tried you have to wait for the phone so if you got a extra $50 on you then you can preorder too and its worth it because you get the $50 gift card so your only paying $250

Amazon right now has the cheapest price for the international version. They may even have it cheaper than the AT&T off-contract but it's too soon to know. I know Best Buy is saying it's $750 off-contract which means that is probably the same price it's gonna be at AT&T.

I just spent over an hour on the phone canceling with bestBuy. What a bunch of morons. My order was showing as backordered, and the rep told me they sold more than their allotment and they will ship as soon as possible. And they will not even ship until 2 days after those who order from ATT will receive their phones.
Now i know why I never shop bestBuy. Whatever happened to that place?
I don't like the case anyway, and the $50 aint worth the trouble I will have if I do not like the phone and have to return it and then will have to spend hours on hold trying to get them to reinstate my upgrade.
Spoke to the local Att store and they said they will have plenty of stock. Guess I'll just go there to see the device before I buy it.

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience, but I can't help but see the silver lining in what you are saying. If it is true that they sold more than their allotment then that means the Note is going to be a pretty big success or at least more successful than they thought it was going to be.
12 more days hopefully 10 if they let us get it on Friday I am going to get a bunch of accessories I wanna get a desk dock but the one that's out won't let you turn it horizontal I want a dock like that I also need a a car dock but one that you could take out the one I saw you have to leave it once you install it

It's definitely worth it though learning Android. It's not too complicated really. I could never go back to iOS now having all of the abilities I have on Android.

I got my skyrocket from bestbuy mobile and returned it within the 30 days and the next day after returning it my money was back in my checking and my upgrade was back on my account
I ordered a white on 2/5....it says that is reserved and will receive on or before 2/17/12....I added phone to family plan and paid the 299.00 but they gave me a $25 off....they did send me an email saying that item had been back ordered...If I ck order it says it is a preorder and the item is not available yet....I assume they will ship it by 14 or 15 but I guess you just cant ever assume with ATT.....LOL

Good point. I would think they would do unlimited preorders and have to limit what's in store stock if they go overboard. Hopefully they realize the huge demand and pump out craploads of these bad boys.
Yeah my original order says your galaxy not has been preordered and reserved for you...Delivery on or before 2/17...Since they are not available in the core store yet they consider it an item not available yet....I just sold my galaxy s2 to get this thing...I hope it is worth it...I really liked the s2..Best android phone I have used...

Ordered mine today. The blue wouldn't go through. Told me to go to a store on the 19th. The white went right through. Its supposed to ship on the 16th but I got an email 5 minutes later saying sent to warehouse for shipping and they charged my card. It says for pre orders they only charge at shipping
I just got an email confirmation of my order from the 5th. It's for blue. Says still scheduled for delivery by the 17th and I will get tracking info when it ships.

Take it from me, I used to be an Apple fan boy. Apple this, Apple that. I have recently switched to Android (Galaxy Nexus) and it's amazing. Multi-tasking is ACTUAL multi-tasking. Android allows you to do SO much more than IOS. Plus, Android gives you so much more customization. I'd NEVER go back to IOS.
VZW sucks; on this forum and other Note forums you'll hear how AT&T sucks...they all suck but we pay them anyways. no sense in whining about "them" really.

I have been with ATT for over 10 yrs...They all rip you off but whatcha gunna do....I do like getting the rollover minutes from ATT....We dont hardly use them anymore as all my family pretty much texts each other...I have so many rollover minutes they will never get used...They thing is if I go to the lower family plan 750 minutes its only a $20 difference and you lose all your rollover minutes except for 750....Not worth it...I will update once I get the Galaxy note...I hope everyone is happy with them as they look awesome...I think the galaxy S2 HD is going to be an awesome phone also....You can see it in ATTs new line up for 2012...

Is there a real shortage of the Samsung Galaxy Note in the USA or something? ...backorders and things. Kind of surprises me that such a large phone like that would be so popular. You're all welcome to come here, China Unicom seems to have plenty of the things, although I've never seen anyone actually using one yet.

The next big thing is not here yet..........Man why do they have to drag this thing on for so long...If you preordered then lets get the Note shipped to those that preordered....What good does it do to pre order something if they are not going to let you get it first..If it doesnt ship by 2moro then you might as well have gone to the core store and bought it on Sunday....

I just received and email from ATT that as of 609pm they shipped my galaxy note....Yeah!!!! Its about time....Did anyone that pre ordered get a confirmation email this evening ?
Congrats....I went by the ATT core store this afternoon...The sales lady had just gotten one and she showed it to me...Let me hold it and mess around with it...Its a beast for sure...I dont know that people with small hands will like it...I have big hands so holding it was very easy to me...Will give some updates once I have it in hand............

Best Buy is doing there best to C.Y.A. and back stroke on the delivery of the G Note on 2/17, if you did the pre order to get it on this date? They have dropped the ball on some us big time?
There C.Y.A. excuse now is the pre order of the G Note never meant anyone us would see it by 2/17, 2 days before the BB stores are scheduled to have it for sale?
Most of us also received the sales order via e-mail from BB, in which it stated scheduled delivery of the G Note would be 2/10/12-2/15/12, but this date came and went, and NO G Note for most if not ALL of us? I questioned this false date with them, and got the same C.Y.A. BS answers
What good did it do any of us, if you pre ordered from BB or AT&T, to have the G Note shipped after its available in the stores???
