Default Ford sync and Galaxy Note

is there a way to connect the note through the usb input of ford vehicles as to get the use of voice commands while driving instead of using bluetooth audio where you have to find the song on the phone to play it. I don't know if it is a mtp usb protocol problem or what, but it is the one problem i have had with the phone so far?

Good question -- I never could get it to work on my Nexus.

I just didn't bother using voice command to find music.

I have a samsung galaxy note i717 and a ford focus 2013 and I got it to work... It doesn't work everytime, but this is what I did...

I actually started my music player, connected the USB, then went through the voice option of "Sync - USB - play song" and it would start indexing... After it was finished indexing, I could use the voice command of " Sync - USB - play song "name song"" and it would start playing...

Periodically it will just tell me bad media... And restarting the phone and plugging it back into the USB and waiting for it to re-index again would it finally work...

Hope that helps...
