dear all,

i had been unable to send sms since day one having this phone,
my samsung note lte can receive sms, making and receiving calls, mms and
emails etc.. the only problem is unable to sent sms..

Had check on the smsc number, its correct.... and the weird thing is
that when sending sms, it will be stuck at sending status, and only when i
made a phone call, even to myself, then the sms will be send out... thus everytime while sending sms, i have to make a call to myself before the sms can be sent.. this set in on stock GB...

and also notice that in the notification pull down menu... it always shows no service instead of my service provider name..

Will really appreciate any kind advise or solutions as i had been googling and unable to find an solution. thank so much.

Try disabling LTE under your network settings. Go with GSM/HSPA auto.

I had a similar issue. I am now using a cracked version that has the setting elsewhere, but that fixed it for me (the Bell rep here in Canada advised me its a common issue).
