These days, I just have a few screens with some display widgets, and use app drawer for most things (stock) or setup multiple docks for most used apps (LauncherPro)
Here is mine. I just posted in the other Note forum (they have a similar thread), but I'll put it in the LTE thread, too. Inspired largely by many people in the other thread.
I've since changed the text message box on the right from that scrolling 3D thing to the same flat scrolling list as the calendar on the left... because I'm an OCD freak. The wallpaper is a live wallpaper called Ice Galaxy, which is awesome, free, and so far doesn't seem to really affect battery life.

What wallpaper is this? Yes I'm trolling lol, I always like to look at others home screens.
What's the name of that data usage widget? I might have to try that out.
It's called "My Data Manager"
It works pretty well and there is even an option where it will disable your mobile data once you reach a threshold that you set. The widget could stand to look a bit more sleek but that's just me nitpicking.
I haven't had a chance yet to use the data meter built into our stock ICS build so I don't know if that one has the auto-disable feature. I also don't remember seeing a widget for it as well.

According to what the pop-up window said, it should disable data the moment you reach the threshold you set. You also have a warning threshold you can set. You can also restrict background app data to wifi only. But it doesn't allow a choice of apps, so I am assuming it will restrict all apps.
Edit: just adding that there is no stock widget for monitoring data.

Cool, thanks dude, I really like that a lot. (if I can ever manage to get Doctor Who based stuff off my wall, lol. I'm using an app called multi picture live wallpaper, which gives you a different pic on however many screens you have set up.

It's all in the launcher settings. I can't look right now to tell you which exactly, but there may be a theme section under settings and you can start there.

Hi Kyrotech, yes, I do use Nova Launcher. The big clock widget is BobClock and the other text widgets are MinimalistText. You need to have a little bit of time to sit down and play with MinimalistText - it requires some experimenting and learning to get widgets to look how you want. Also - I've found the weather to not always be very accurate, but I like the way it looks. I typically just look outside, and since I'm in Texas I can be fairly certain at all times it is sunny and HOT (except for at night when it is dark and HOT).
But yes, good luck with the widgets. They were fun to make but took some time. I'm happy with the look of my phone now, but I'm thinking I really like that landscape theme up there ^^ with the Batman wallpaper. Don't know if I could get used to a landscape orientation though.

Which launcher are you using? And, if the launcher doesn't do it on its own like GoLauncher, how do you get your icons to be inside that box so all icons look "uniform?" Are you using a widget to do that?
Mine already does something like that but I like the way yours looks.
This is the AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy Note. The only difference between the AT&T Galaxy Note and the international version is a different processors.
The AT&T version uses a dual-core Snapdragon for better 4G LTE capabilities... Read More
