eBay Message pick up problem over 3G
I have recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note LTE and am having problems accessing my eBay messages from the eBay app, I keep getting a pop up saying:-
Messages not retrieved. Socket exception.
exception executing Myrequest request
Can anyone help as this is starting to get really annoying.
I can pick up the messages ok when I am connected to my Wi-Fi at home, no problems, therefore is must be some settings for accessing over 3G??
BTW i'm in the UK and on O2 Network.
