Notsure Error Message for Google Play Services (process com.google.android.gms)

Hi Notefans,

So, since I placed my 3G (uSIM) SIM card in my Samsung Note, I kept getting the message that Google Play services (process com.google.android.gms) has stopped unexpectedly and needs to foreclose. I keep getting this no matter what I do: message, text, browse, so it's not tied to a specific action.

Anyone know what this means? I already tried clearing the cache...which was empty, so I cleared data. In the Google Play Store I was able to clear cache but was a bit cautious on clearing the data as well, afraid I might lose everything.

Tips?
