Default 2 Failed Galaxy Note but still happy USER!!!! (ATT customer service was pretty good)

Hello All,

Been owning Galaxy note since it came out from ATT.

I started having problem a month ago but waited till last couple weeks ago.
1) did not want to download any attachment via email
2) randomly shuts off (while typing email, calling, and etc)

Called in ATT warranty department and I had them sent me a replacement unit immediately, after going to the store and talking to customer service. (Came without battery, s-pen, and back cover)

I had all my phone backed up through kies but the GNote did not want to connect to Kies for some reason. (typed in all my contact one by one).

All the sudden two days ago while listening to Pandora on the way back home it started crapping out again......all the sudden it shuts off. I tried turning it on but it only vibrates.....when I got back I plugged it in but it just kept vibrating.

Called ATT warranty department yesterday to have them replace it again. They had me do a factory reset but it didn't fix the problem. They immediately overnight me Galaxy Note from Texas and I have it in front of me......this time they were nice enough to send me everything including battery, back cover, and s-pen. (it was refurbish but it better than what I had)

Have anyone had same issue? If so it would be great if you could share. I do not want to go through this problem again.

If anyone want's s-pen or back cover (white) let me know.

ATT told me to keep it and I have no use for it so if you are needing one let me know.

At least AT&T did the right thing to ship it overnight at no charge.
