Default I don't get it

Why am I seeing Samsung update lesser phones to jelly bean and not the Note? Or is it AT&T that's ruining our fun?

I don't have much knowledge on the matter, but I do believe it has to do with the carriers. So it's probably AT&T being the spoil sport.
