Default S Note

How do I have certain page, say white page ruled line or large graph paper squares, as a template page for S note.
Some of the demo pages are something like what I like but I can't get rid of all the imageson them.

Open a new page and from the menu softkeys select change background. select the template you want. This will be your default from now onwards.

I've managed to delete one of the templates, do you have any idea how to restore it?
