strange color after ics

HI,

hope excuse me for my poor english.

i have n7000(Note)..after update 2.3.6 to ICS 4. form wifi.

the screen of device is strange color..like the White color convert to yellow
coror..

test many realse of ICS but this problem not slove.
but when downgrading to 2.3.6 evereything goes back to normal.

please help me.wath i do?
