Default Problems with "software update" icon

Hi guys!
I have a Galaxy Note, and since my update to ICS 4.0.4 sometimes an icon (like two arrows)appears in the notification bar, with a message "upgrade not available"; error in downloading because not WiFi connection.

What is this?
It is related to the software update utility of Android (I think).
The details of this application are: com.wssyncmldm. It is always running, and I have no way to stop it or cancel it.

I have the unmarked the option of Automatic upgrade and also the Push message, but it continues to appear periodically.
Even when I am connected to Wifi, it disappears, but after some time, returns.

It is very annoying.

THANKS!!
