Default Phone Shutdown

I have an extra battery I buy for the phone I think it is defective. When in use and charege by car charger or computer it cause the phone to shutdown to where i have to take the battery out and put back in place and the battery percentage is high like 80%. I even charge by wall outlet but now and then it acts up.

newbie4,

Sometimes extended batteries or extra batteries can come defective, a lot of them are from companies that show reviews for these batteries to be hit or miss, you probably just got one of the bad ones. I would suggest contacting from whoever you bought it from and ask for a refund, or a replacement.
