Default What to do before trading in Note for Note2?

Hello, I am going to trade in my Note to Note 2. Before doing that, could you please let me know the best way to do the following?

1. Backup the entire phone (photos, videos, contact list, phone messages, etc.) so that when I get the Note 2, I can restore all the data to my new phone.

2. Remove all private data so that other people will not be able to access the data nor my google account.

Is ther anything that I need to do? Thanks.

1: Press contacts and then the menu key. Press export to usb storage and press OK.

2: Remove and sd card you have.

3: Connect your phone to your pc and copy the entire contents of your music/photos(DCIM folder) or wherever you keep them and the vcf file you just created(contacts) to your pc. Copy any other stuff you want to keep.

After doing the above, do a factory reset and you should be good to go.
