I found this post on CPU usage to be very
informative

However, the CPU reading on the Galaxy Note never goes beyond 3. Is this possible or is the scale not out of hundred? Only the 15 minute reading sometimes goes beyond 10, but the 1 minute reading would have stayed below 3 all the time. How is this possible?
