You mean to change the 4 icons at the bottom? Yes it is possible.
Go into Applications and press the menu button. You should then be able to press Edit and move your app icons about as if they were on the home screen, including those in the dock. The "Applications" icon will change to "Home" and it can't be moved but the other three can be swapped about with any others. Just long-press and drag. When you are done, press the back button.
You can also uninstall your apps in this Edit mode by tapping the (-) in the corner (don't panic, you'll be asked to confirm!)
