Default Single Google Voice number with SGP 5.0 and 4.2

I have an SGP 5.0, GV, a GV number and GrooveIP. Everything works fine, voice messages, SMS, TXT, making and receiving calls over wifi.

If I get a 4.2 can I use my single GV number on that phone and have everything work like on the 5.0 and not just forwarding but work just the same like having the GV number on both?

Answering my own qustion:

I emailed GrooveIP. They said Groove needs to log into Google Voice and that can only be once. BUT....If Groove is installed on two devices using your email name then you stop the Groove process on one device and start the other device. The second can then log in. Either that or logoff and shutoff WiFi on one and use the other.

If both are on and running then GrooveIP can make calls out on both but only receive on the logged in phone.
