Samsung galaxy portal a.k.a spica bricked

Hello people i was using my samsung galaxy spica and suddenly it switched off and now i cant go into recovery mode and it just shows the charging symbol ... and hen i try to open it the charging logo goes away ..what should i do ? Any help would be helpful thanks in advance
