SMS Backup + will store them in your GMail account and you can print them from there, you can even print entire threads. Some other backups will create an XML file of your messages on your phone that you can download to your PC and load up in excel. I don't know any off the top of my head but I would search the Play market for sms backup and see what works for you.

I use Android SMS + MMS Transfer. It lets you transfer both sms and mms messages from Android to computer. Restoring messages back to android or to a new android is also supported.
