So last night my son is trying to send me a MMS of my granddaughter. I have had the Samsung Prevail through Boost for over a week. When he would send the pic, I get an error message stating Transaction Failed HTTP 403 Error Forbidden. I called Boost and they said there are no outages (a guy on Howard Forums says otherwise). They reset my phone and it still didn't solve it. I also can't send pics withoug getting the error. I updated my profile and PRL and still no luck. I was hoping someone else could give me some insight. Text messages work perfect.

To explain the error, when you request a service(like sending a picture message), the server can be reached but declines to respond to the request, either on purpose or due to a misconfiguration.

Here is Boost's facebook page. A user called Boost's engineering dept. and got the problem fixed. Could be a misconfiguration with your phone or with their system.
