I just wanted to pass on a little info that I learned this week that may come in handy for you all . If you have a question about your account or just general info , send Boost an email . I've emailed them twice this week and they have called me back within 3 hours .

How are you emailing them? The form on their website or is there a specific email address?

At the Boost site , upper right corner , Support/ Contact Customer Care . Used it several times and always got a call back the same day within several hrs .

I got a call back, too, from their customer service about 4 hours after I sent an email from their website inquiring about local cell tower problems - they confirmed and apologized and told me things were getting fixed. They were fixed for me by the time they called.

LOL , it tripped me out the first time that they called me back. I thought that they would just reply via email.

I googled the number since I didn't recognize it and picked up I think just in time. My initial thought was wow those telemarketers are sophisticated - I just got this thing!
