Can someone tell me the name of this app/where I can get it

I used to have this app before I reset my phone, it let me lock individual apps, but instead of a simple passcode lock, whenever you opened a protected app it came up with a error message, the same as whenever an app force closes, it said "force close" and "report" and to unlock the app you pressed report and it had a fake report email set up, but you typed your password in there and it unlocked the app. Can someone please tell me the name and where I can get it?

any help is very much appreciated.
