Hello, I have an Galaxy Proclaim From Straight Talk.

I cant seem to uninstall any apps that i download. the uninstall option is greyed out and the only way to uninstall an app is to factory reset my phone. I did that 2 times now and ready for an answer on what might be causing me from uninstalling an app. I use to have a Precedent and i could install and uninstall apps all day without any issues. but for some reason it wont let me remove any apps without factory reset.

please help.

I had the same thing. The trick is to uninstall via the task manager, not "settings"
