Cut and paste

How do I cut and paste a web address into a new browser window on a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim? I press (long press) on the address, get the copy icon, but how do I paste it? Thanks!

Tap on the browser bar to get the keyboard up then long press in the blank section, it should say paste
