Default mobile data

When I used to turn off mobile data it pop up a message now it don't and how do i get that message to come back up after turnning off mobile data.

just swip down from the top and then click on mobile data and that message should come up for you it used to for me but i don't know how to get it back I have try google it. maybe I should bing it lol Bluetooth, GPS, Mobile Data, Airplane Mode and Auto rotation

About a month ago I switched to Republic Wireless. I just boxed up the Proclaims the wife and I had used for 8 months and will be putting them up on eBay. Sorry that I can't help.
